2. Orders and prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT. An order is accepted once you receive our confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable; any payment is then refunded.
3. Delivery
We deliver in the Netherlands. Delivery in Noord-Brabant is free with a minimum order of €10; elsewhere a delivery fee of €5.95 applies. Delivery times are indicative.
4. Payment
You can pay online by card or iDEAL, or in cash on delivery. Coupons are subject to their stated conditions and may not be exchanged for cash.
5. Cancellation and returns
You can cancel an unpaid order from your account. Under Dutch law, perishable food and products whose seal has been opened are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Sealed, non-perishable products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace or refund it.
6. Complaints
Send complaints to Saffronbox.nl@gmail.com; we respond within 14 days. You may also use the EU online dispute platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
7. Law
Dutch law applies to these terms.
